About Objects Announces iOS Developer Training Schedule for 1H 2017

About Objects has announced its schedule of publicly available classes on iOS development in Swift and Objective-C for the first half of 2017. The About Objects iOS curriculum includes introductory through advanced-level training courses. Courses that are above the introductory level are offered exclusively in Swift, though introductory-level iOS development classes are still available in both Swift and Objective-C.

Classes are offered at About Objects headquarters in Reston, VA (near Dulles Airport), as well as near Apple’s campus in Cupertino, CA. Courses can also be delivered at the customer’s own location for groups of twelve or more developers. Onsite training options include customization of topic coverage, duration, and pace of delivery.

Current course offerings include the following titles: iOS Development in Swift: Comprehensive, iOS Development in Objective-C: Comprehensive, Transitioning to Swift, and Advanced iOS Development. All About Objects courses are designed around a step-by-step approach that is geared to building insight from the ground up, while balancing students’s need for proficiency with their need for a solid conceptual understanding of iOS, Xcode, and Swift (or Objective-C).

The About Objects team has been deeply involved with enterprise development and training on Apple platforms since the early days of their predecessor, NeXTSTEP, and has offered training and development services on the iOS platform since the iOS SDK (then the iPhone SDK) first shipped. Since then, About Objects has helped thousands of developers get up to speed quickly on iOS.

Shaderific Now Offers Support for Conway’s Game of Life

Gryphos GmbH has released Shaderific version 4.1, an update of its OpenGL ES shader development application for iOS. Shaderific provides the full range of shader development with the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL) on tablet computers and mobile devices. Vertex and fragment shader code can be created, edited and compiled on the device and all changes are visible instantly. There is no need to use a personal computer (laptop or desktop) in the shader development process anymore.

Shaderific Now Offers Support for Conway's Game of Life

The update adds full support for iOS 10. To complement the existing built-in uniforms it is now possible to define up to 20 custom uniforms. They can be of type boolean, integer or vector and the respective value ranges can be defined by the user. Custom uniforms are bound automatically to the active shader program and changes to the uniforms are visible instantly.

The release also includes a new shader for Conway’s Game of Life that demonstrates the use of custom uniforms. The cell size can be determined and shadow effects can be enabled to provide a variety of beautiful rendering options. Three well-known start patterns (Volcano, Glider Gun, Big Glider) are included in the release. To provide full flexibility to the user Shaderifc now supports importing Game of Life patterns in the form of text files. The patterns are automatically converted to textures that can be used as start configurations.

Shaderific streamlines the process of prototyping, testing and debugging shaders immensely by cutting the cord to the personal computer. Whereas traditional shader development requires compilation of the whole graphics application for every change to a shader file, all this is unnecessary now. Since the shaders are edited and compiled right on the iPad, iPhone or iPod no file transfer is needed with a personal computer and a lot of time can be saved. A further strength of Shaderific lies in the possibility to change parameters (uniforms) of the shaders via the settings menu without interrupting the rendering loop. All changes can be examined in real-time and fine-tuning the rendering result is fast and easy.

New features of version 4.1:
* Support for custom uniforms
* Proper handling of camera and photo library access
* New shader for beautiful rendering of Conway’s Game of Life
* Import of Game of Life patterns as text files with automatic texture conversion

Shaderific 4.1 for iOS is available for $9.99 in the App Store.

The largest iOS 10 course has just been released – Get it now for $9

Vancouver Canada – Apple has just released iOS 10! To help you learn the ropes, Mammoth Interactive has just released a 100-hour course that shows you how to build apps from scratch. Not only is this the largest iOS course ever produced, it’s also freshly updated with pure iOS 10 content. In this course you will learn how to code, design fantastic apps and learn how to profit off of your new skills.

Starting today, we are holding a sale for all early adopters of this Mammoth iOS 10 course. You can get all 100 hours for just 9 dollars (reg 500). This course is jam-packed with fresh, relevant and profitable material. So, if you’re looking to learn how to program, build apps from scratch and become an app developer, this course is for you. With 100 hours of content, this course offers you in-depth information on everything to do with iOS 10. If you’re an experienced developer or a new player in the game, this course will provide you with everything you need to know about iOS 10 development.

If you haven’t already heard about Apple’s new programming language Swift, it is the successor to Objective-C. Swift is much easier to use and understand than Objective-C, so that means you can get your app on the App Store quicker. By the end of this course, you’ll have become proficient with Swift syntax, functionality, and concepts. By specializing in Swift, you will give yourself many opportunities and this will help you net a high-paying job that could result in a profitable career in app development. The course covers topics like Xcode basics, frameworks, and core iOS features. In addition, you will learn how to design apps in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Most beginners do not know how to design apps and as a result their apps look amateurish. This course will show you how to easily design apps that look professional. Don’t let your hard work be marginalized by bad design!

Whether you’re a seasoned app developer or someone who is just entering the industry, the timing is just right. Most coding jobs in the United States are currently left vacant because there are not enough qualified applicants. You can become one of these applicants if you learn how to build relevant skills by releasing practical projects.

Mammoth Interactive has a unique and effective way of teaching people how to code. They teach by allowing people to build practical projects that they can release by themselves. You can literally go through an app building section of our course and upload that app to the App Store.

By releasing multiple projects, you will not only gain experience, but you can add all of those projects to your LinkedIn, portfolio and resume. This is the secret that nobody wants you to know. Most schools, universities and colleges don’t teach this way. How is a multiple-choice test going to help you become a better app developer? It can test your knowledge, but to fully become an app developer, you need much more practical skills.

Mammoth Interactive’s unique approach is borrowed from other disciplines where virtuosos thrive. No other course will help you become a coding or app development virtuoso. Mammoth’s CEO John Bura has been refining this concept for many years. What he has done is looked at how virtuoso musicians, actors, writers and filmmakers release monumental projects with minimal effort. He has adapted their techniques to the world of coding, and is passing this valuable information on to his customers. Most other coding courses and programs do not offer this information at all.

Students from Mammoth Interactive’s previous courses have uploaded apps to the App Store and have become quite successful. John Bura has released multiple apps, and several have risen to the top ranks of the App Store. With over 250,000 students worldwide, Mammoth Interactive has a long lasting reputation for creating cutting edge and practical content.

“This is by far the best course we have ever released!” says John Bura. “I’m excited to see the impact it will have on people’s lives.” The team at Mammoth Interactive has grown, and this course was produced in collaboration with other genius instructors. By adding other instructors, they were able to add multiple levels and perspectives, making this the most comprehensive iOS 10 course out there. This course is bigger than any other iOS course on the market combined.

Mammoth Interactive is also constantly updating the course, which means that you will receive periodic updates. When you buy this course – you gain lifetime access to it. There are no subscription fees or other payments. It’s just a one-time payment. You also get all of the source code and templates of the projects when you buy this course.

Are you ready to become a virtuoso app developer? Ready to start your career in app development? Do you have a million dollar idea that needs to get to the App Store? Get this course for just 9 dollars (reg. 500) and bring your ideas to life. This sale ends soon – so don’t miss out!
